Vision Board

One of the value that I got from this 2-day course is we need to have a vision board to make we clear with our goal.
It is either for long term or short term.

So I have made some of my vision boards.

3rd Day as Atkiner

Today I still have a course.

As usual, for breakfast I did same thing like yesterday; omelette egg + cheese + mayo

Today's menu for morning break was apam.

Lunch's menu were ayam goreng berempah, kari ikan & sayur campur.
Sayur campur tu marvellous. Sedap gile. Rasa nk tambah jek td tp maluk.. Huhuhu..

For tea break, they served badak berendam.

Dinner I ate chicken soup at kedai. Sedap but then pedas.

So abes la hari ketiga sebagai Atkiner.

Tak sabar nk abes 1 minggu nk timbang berat. 
Harapnye adalah perubahan.

2nd Day with Diet Atkins

Today will be a challenge day as I have a 2-day course and they serve the food.
Hadoi, boleh ke x ek..
Anyhow, this morning as early as 6 am I made my own breakfast first : omelete egg + cheese + mayo

During the course, the morning break we have been served a tuna sandwich and kuih kaswi.
Alamak
My favorite.
Break the rules. Allahu Akbar. Baru start dh break.
Huhuhu..
But the sandwich I only ate the filling.
Hehehe.

For lunch, the menu were ayam masak pedas, sotong goreng kunyit & salad.
I ate a lot of squids as I thought it is ok but then later I have been told that squids are forbidden for Atkiners.
Rules breaker tul aku nih.

Then tea break, we been served samosa. Ok kot samosa. 

And dinner, I ate again omelette egg + sausage + mayo.

So that my 2nd day as Atkiner.

Hopefully I can be through all of this for 2 weeks, at least.

My target weight is 50 kg
My latest weight as of 26/3/14 is 59.4 kg.
Almost 10 kg to go...

Go Huda.
You were once a 50kg person and it is possible for you to be that person again.
The important thing is you must determined...

My New Diet - Atkins

Dh terlampau gemuk ni tapi tak tau la nk buat cane..
Dekat 2 bulan tak jogging..
Naik berat balik.. Hadoi..
Iqah ada cite kawan dia buat Diet Atkins.
Marvellous sgt resultnya.
So hari ni aku nekad nk start Diet Atkins jugak.
Hehehe..
Siap dah ade geng kat WhatsApp lagi..
Ade geng baru menjadi.. Baru bersemangat..
So my initial weight is 54.9 kg.

Hari ni my breakfast was 2 pcs of sausages and 1 fried egg.
So far kenyang lg sbb hari ni pasif jek..
Tak buat keje apa pun..
Tak tau la sok cane..
Ada course 2 hari, harapnya dapat la tahan nafsu.

Nnt petang nk g Aeon Big jap beli makanan utk sarapan. 
Teh hijau dan mayonis Kewpie.
Nyum nyum.. 
Best best...

Lunch td tak makan pun..
Sbb kenyang lg..

Dinner pulak my menu was telur + sosej
Fry together with telur and slice of sausages...
Then ngap..
Sedapnye..

March Resolution

Bermula bulan Mac ni, aku nak ajar Irfan peepee & poopoo kat toilet. Nak kurangkan penggunaan diapers both cloth and disposable. Dia cam dah pandai. Setiap kali nak cebuk kat toilet, once bukak diapers mesti dia kencing. Maknanye dia dah pandai control kan? So bulan Mac ni nak ajar dia kecing kat toilet. Go Ibu. You can do it. And go Irfan. You can do it also. 

Semangat Ibu nak ajar nih..

Letih.
Penat sgt.
But don't know how we still argue on something.
But why we can't have a peaceful conversation?

Irfan Si Manja

Sejak aku tak kerja dah ni.
Ok. Macamana aku tak kerja dah akan diceritakan satu hari nanti bila sesuai waktunya.
Sambung balik cerita sebenar.
Sejak aku tak kerja dah, Irfan jadi manja sangat.
Terlampau manja sampai ayah dia menyamlah jek tengok.

Dia kuat merajuk.
Which is follow 100% ibu dia.
Tak dapat apa yang dia nak jek merajuk.
Sebab dia tau ibu mesti mengalah

Kalau tgk 1 program ni
Jo Frost : Extreme Parental Guidance
Kita patut abaikan jek bila anak kita mengamuk atau manja berlebihan ni.
But the thing is Irfan only 19 months old.
Tak ke dia terlampau kecik untuk kita tak manjakan dia?
Biarlah dulu dia bermanja.
Nanti dah besar baru leh gunakan disiplin.

Atau.
Patut kita bagi disiplin yang tegas seawal umur 1 tahun?
Confius ni.
Takut kalau dimanjakan sangat jadi melampau lak nanti.
Yang sengsara : parents.


Resepi : Kentang Goreng Telur

Lm dh tak update blog rsnye..
Hari ni rasa cam nak cite psl makanan
Huhuhu
Mana tak gemok, cite psl makanan jek
Kang terliur lagi..
Hehehe..
Masakan kali ni biase dulu2 masak time anak dara
Selalu masak ngn housemate sbb lauk ni simple
Tapi kena masak byk la sbb sedap sgt
Puji diri sendiri nmpk
Hehehe


Ni la rupa lauknya.
Kentang Goreng Telur

(Utk hidangan 2-3 org)
Bahan-bahan :
2-3 biji kentang saiz sederhana (kupas & hiris halus2)
3 biji telur
3-4 biji cili api
2 ulas bwg kecil
1 ulas bwg putih
1/2 biji bwg besar (hiris kasar2, bulat2)
Ikan bilis (agak2 la..kalau suke banyak, amek banyak)
Garam secukupnya

Cara penyediaan :
1. Goreng dahulu kentang yang siap dihiris sehingga garing. Klau suke kentang lembik, kejap jek la goreng. Angkat dan toskan.
2. Goreng ikan bilis sehingga garing. Angkat dan toskan.
3. Bawang kecil, bawang putih dan cili api ditumbuk kasar sebelum ditumis dalam kuali yang dipanaskan minyam. Goreng sampai renyah.
4. Masukkan bahan yang digoreng tadi ke dalam kuali dan stir.
5. Selepas itu masukkan telur dan garam.
6. Bila telur separuh masak, masukkan bwg besar yang dipotong kasar td.
7. Kacau sehingga masak sepenuhnya.
8. Sedia untuk dimakan.

Senang jek kan?
Boleh jadi lauk tambahan.
Boleh jugak tukar menu selain daripada kentang.
Contohnya terung, kacang botor & peria.
